Standard Ground delivery is not guaranteed by the carrier but will typically occur in 8 business days after the order has processed. If your order is not delivered within 2-3 weeks from the ship date, please contact Counter Support via Chat so we can look into this for you.
Beautycounter orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days: Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and major holidays). During peak season (November-December), please allow up to 5 business days for processing depending on order volume and product availability.
