Account Management allows you to approve your preferred Consultant (or multiple Consultants) to manage orders on your behalf in the "My Account" section when shopping on Beautycounter.com and can still change the Consultant at checkout. This will help Consultants be able to provide a concierge service to you if you prefer a Consultant to shop for you.
Once you are logged into your account, please follow these steps:
- Click on “My Account”.
- Click on “Account Information”.
- Input any additional or updated Consultants with the capability to search by name
- Click “Save “.
Something to keep in mind, you do need to enter in your password to save any changes that are made to validate that change.

Consultants will be able to process orders with your saved payment profiles and apply Product Credits to your orders. Full credit card information will not be visible. We are happy to provide updates on an account upon the request by the account holder only.
