Does your order show delivered, but not at your front door?
If the tracking information for the package confirms delivery and you cannot locate the delivered package, please follow the steps below:
- Check with neighbors and family members
- Look around the delivery location
- Check for notice of attempted delivery
- Check with local delivery person and allow an extra day for delivery
If the package has not been recovered after the 3rd day from delivery, please reach out to Counter Support Via Chat with the following information:
- Order Number
- Confirmed delivery address
- Let us know that the above steps have been taken
