Due to the speed at which our warehouse processes orders, we are unable to accommodate any order modifications once placed.
Please remember we do offer a 60-day return policy that allows you to return your products for a refund. We ask that you do not contact Counter Support for order modification requests as this is not something we can systematically offer at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you wish to return the entire order for a refund and are located in the US, please do not open the package upon receipt and write "RTS" (return to sender) near the label.
If you wish to return any individual items in the order, you can request a return through our system here for US or to find our return address and authorization form for Canada here.
